Licensing Overview

TrustWeave is distributed under a dual-license model managed by Geoknoesis LLC: the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), or a commercial licence.

Open Source Licence (AGPL-3.0)

Who can use it: Anyone, for any purpose, including commercial and production use, provided they comply with the AGPL-3.0 (see LICENSE).
Rights granted: Use, modification and redistribution of the source code.
Obligations: If you distribute TrustWeave or a work based on it, or let users interact with a modified version over a network, you must make the corresponding source code available to them under the AGPL-3.0.

Geoknoesis Commercial Licence

Who needs it: Anyone who wants to use TrustWeave in proprietary software or services without the AGPL-3.0’s source-sharing obligations, or who wants commercial support terms.
Benefits: Commercial licence agreements include enterprise support, roadmap collaboration, and optional customizations tailored to your deployment needs.
